To by samo o sob\u011b nemuselo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vadit. Co v\u0161ak vad\u00ed, to je tak\u0159ka naprost\u00e1 absence zeleniny.Zdrav\u00e9 sal\u00e1ty&#13; Sal\u00e1ty p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 z \u010derstv\u00e9 zeleniny by nem\u011bly chyb\u011bt na j\u00eddeln\u00edm stole ka\u017ed\u00fd den. Nav\u00edc ze zeleniny se ned\u00e1 p\u0159ibrat na v\u00e1ze, jeliko\u017e neobsahuje prakticky \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 kalorie.
